How to Use Phone Banking
First Federal 24-Hour Banking is available to our customers by dialing 673-1300.
After dialing 673-1300, you will be asked to select:

Branch/ATM Locations/Hours

Lost or Stolen Checkcard/ATM Card
4.
Instructions on using this Service
You may restart a menu, return to the Main Menu or start the phone call over at any time by pressing the
* (star) key.
If you are transferring between accounts, both accounts must have the same security code**.

3. Transfer between Checking & Savings Accounts

5. To Make Loan Payment
6. Order Statement or Checks

9. Speak with customer service representative.
**Security Code
When you select a function, you will be asked to enter your four digit security code. Your initial security code will be the last four digits of your social security number. Before you use a function you will be asked to change your security code from your social security number.
